Special rates have been arranged for the participants of the FSC General Assembly 2011 at the Pacific & Magellan Sutera (Sutera Harbour Resort). To take advantage of these rates, participants are kindly advised to make hotel reservations.

Please download the hotel reservation form, complete it with all required information and fax it to 088 310 118 / 088 317 540 or send it by email to the Sales and Marketing / Reservation Department at reservation.mice@suteraharbour.com.my

Please note that the special rates are allocated to a certain number of rooms held within a block. A percentage of the room block will be released periodically starting 120 days before the event starts:

a. 120 day period	up to 40% of the total rooms blocked
b. 90 day period	up to 30% of the total rooms blocked
c. 60 day period	up to 20% of the total rooms blocked
d. 30 day period	up to 10% of the total rooms blocked

In order to avoid disappointment with preferential rates, make sure to book your hotel room as soon as possible.
