2. Registration costs

REGISTRATION DATE: your registration date is the date when we receive your payment, not the date when we receive this form.

Early Registration: receipt of payment before 15 March 2011, EUR 800.00

Regular registration period: Receipt of payment from 16 March to 15 May 2011, EUR 1,000.00

Late registration: After 15 May 2011 EUR 1,200.00

The registration fee covers the following: * Conference Rooms * Interpretation in Spanish and English (official FSC languages) during the Forest Conference and the General Assembly Formal Business Sessions (Plenary Sessions) * All materials, * Lunch and Coffee Breaks for the duration of the FSC GA * Welcome and Closing Dinner.

4. Subsidies

We recognize that the cost to attend the FSC General Assembly 2011 is prohibitive for some members, and we are committed to support as many members as possible to attend this important event. We have set aside a small fund to help with subsidies to as many members as we can afford. More information is available online under the ‘FSC Members’ section of this website.

6. General Information

Please note that FSC will not assume responsibility for personal safety and health during the FSC General Assembly 2011. It is the responsibility of the participant to secure appropriate health and travel insurance. Please also note that depending on your country of citizenship, you may be required to obtain a visa to enter to Malaysia. Fulfilling the Visa requirements for travel to Malaysia is the responsibility of the participant. Confirmation of registration will be issued via e-mail or fax, within 48 hours of receipt or your registration form.
